Additional Schedules Information (optional)

The additional schedules information line is optional and used to provide extra information of data elements.

Composition

      Begins and ends with a slash [/]

      Consists of 2 character identifier code followed by a full stop/period [.] then the data

      Can include multiple identifiers, each preceded with a space

Example

NAF008 AF701 29MAR24OCT 1234567 290AB3 NCE0900 1030NCE JJ

/ FA.08300930 FD.10001100/

 

In the above example about the additional information advises the coordinator of timing flexibility for the arrival and departure (Please only give offers between 0830 and 0930 for arrival, between 1000 and 1100 for the departure).

 

A coordinator may provide additional information in their response.

In the above example the coordinator has been unable to allocate a slot; the additional information given is coordinator reason codes (R060).
